We get landlords the back rent they are entitled to. We pride our selves in “first submission approvals” but we know that rejection is not the end. We go right back in and get it done, often before the first court date! We also know how to “stack” assistance from multiple agencies.

Getting started is quick.  Just click here (https://calendly.com/arrearsrc/consultation) to schedule a FREE landlord consultation with one of our team members.  You and one of our account managers will discuss the basics of your case and decide if your situation is a good fit for our services.

After gathering basic information from you, your account manager will meet with your tenant—virtually or in person, weekdays or weekends—to gather more specific information (circumstances, ability to pay in the future, etc.) and develop an individualized Potential Assistance Predictor (PAP).  The PAP will indicate the likelihood your tenant will qualify for assistance with your back rent.  This service is FREE.

The PAP Plus includes everything in the basic PAP above, plus your tenant and you will receive an actionable custom targeted list of the specific agencies (including contact information) that your account manager recommends. This package is developed using our extensive knowledge of and experience with public and private housing funding sources and their ever evolving processes.  It is based on your tenant's specific circumstance and qualifications.  $99

Built on PAP and PAP Plus, PAP Premium includes the most hands on guidance and assistance available.  With PAP Premium, we will personally guide your tenant one-on-one through the process of applying for each program they are appropriate for.  We will help them with document preparation, document submissions, interview prep and securing assistance from each program. Additionally, we will help you, the landlord, with prepping documents you will be required to provide.  Finally, we will provide you with a complete list of all the programs your tenant and our team member completed submissions for.  $99 + 10% of Back Rent to be collected

Applying for rental assistance can be a daunting drawn out task.  From the start of the PAP Premium process, we help your tenant stay engaged with the process. We step in when needed to champion their cause with providers. This is how we save you time, reduce stress, and ensure the best possible outcome for recovering your rental arrears.  Included Free with PAP Premium

Nope.  If your tenant owes you back rent of any amount, with or without court action, we can work with them to get you that back rent. There's no need to wait.

We cover all 5 boroughs of New York City for now.  Greater New York and New Jersey are coming soon!

We sure do.   Our account managers have experience with vouchers and rental subsidies such as Section 8 (HPD, HCR or NYCHA), CityFHEPS, FHEPS, VASH/ISS, TBI, Medicaid Waivers, and Fostering Youth to Independence.

No. Beyond the initial referral, we will not ever share any of your information with tenants. Nor will we ever share any of your tenant’s private, household and/or financial information with you (the landlord) or anyone. Confidentiality is key to maintaining tenant confidence and a trim timeline. We help the tenant supply the necessary information to the agencies we are working with. We are there to secure back rent, and we do it well.
